  • I’ve been in the world of marketing for 10 years and I love the opportunity to build strategies and connect with people and make a positive impact on their life. I named my company “January” because so many of my significant life events have happened in the month of January. Any month of the year, though, you can find me working on this business from my car, my favorite coffee shop, or my all-pink home office.

    Outside of work, I am married to the most supportive man in the world who always encourages me to chase my dreams, and I’m also the mom of a spunky little girl.

  • I’ve been in marketing for over a decade, and I’ve had my hands in just about everything! From event planning and direct mail to email, social, ABM, and advertising. No matter the channel, I believe the best marketing starts with empathy and a deep understanding of people. That’s what drives everything I do.

    I was born in the 417 and have been happily calling it home again since 2016. These days, I live here with my husband and our one-year-old baby boy, soaking up all the sweet moments of this season. On the weekends, you’ll usually find us coloring, reading, playing in the backyard, or hitting the pool. (And if I’m lucky, squeezing in a nap.)

    My favorite part of marketing is the magic that happens when strategy and creativity come together—part science, part art, and all heart. And no matter the season, you’ll always catch me sipping a hot caramel latte (yes, even in the middle of summer) while scrolling Instagram, my favorite platform by far.

JORDAN

  • I’ve been in marketing for the past 10 years. I spent the first 5 years of my career as an email designer and the last 5 years focusing on holistic email marketing campaigns from strategy to deployment and reporting.  It’s an exciting field because it’s continuously evolving with new technologies and platforms. My experience has also shown me that there is no "one-size-fits-all" in email marketing which gives me the opportunity to try new strategies and solutions regularly to reach my target audience and business goals. It is NEVER boring!

    I love email marketing (and marketing in general) because it’s a challenging field where data and creativity collide. The creative aspects of marketing have always felt natural to me but I LOVE seeing how powerful and effective marketing campaigns can be when they are powered by good data and strategic planning.

    Outside of marketing, I LOVE playing with clay and can usually be found at the Kansas City Clay Guild. When I’m not there practicing my craft, I’m there volunteering. I plan to launch my own Etsy shop in 2025 for my ceramics. When I’m not playing with clay, I enjoy disc golf, a good thriller novel, and archery.

BAILEY

  • I am in my 6th year in the photography business! When it comes to capturing images for social media, there is always an opportunity to create something and do something new. Everyone has a different vision or vibe for their business and I get to help bring that to life!

    Apart from my photography work, I am a mother to two sweet kiddos, and a wife to the best guy. Photography is both my job & a hobby for me. I love to read and create, and spend lots of time with my little family.

    My favorite place to do my work is out of my home office! I have never had a dedicated work space until this year and it’s been a game changer for me. I love to get the alone time in the comfort of my own space!
